Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. SÉRA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SÉRA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
